Wedding Day Planning

  • How much time is recommended for the getting ready sessions?

Groom preparations are usually completed within approximately 30 minutes, allowing time to capture details, final touches, and natural interactions before the ceremony. Bridal preparations generally require around one hour, creating enough space to document the atmosphere, emotions, meaningful details, and the natural rhythm of the morning without feeling rushed.

  • What is the best time for sunset couple portraits?

The ideal timing depends on the season and the destination. During spring and summer, sunset portraits are typically captured between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, while fall and winter weddings often benefit from earlier sessions between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Our team always considers lighting conditions, weather, and the flow of the celebration to create the most flattering and natural atmosphere possible.

  • When is a first look recommended?

A first look can be especially beneficial during weddings with earlier sunsets or tighter timelines, as it allows additional flexibility for portraits before the ceremony. For destination weddings during warmer seasons, timing and comfort are carefully considered to ensure couples remain relaxed and fully present throughout the experience.

  • What does an ideal wedding day timeline look like?

Every celebration is different, but a balanced timeline often includes getting ready coverage, ceremony documentation, family portraits, couple sessions, and reception moments. Our team works closely with each couple or planner to create a timeline that feels natural, organized, and comfortable while ensuring the most meaningful parts of the day are captured intentionally.

  • Is coverage continuous if there is a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Yes. Coverage follows the agreed timeline continuously, allowing the full story of the day to be documented naturally even when there are transitions or breaks between events.

  • Is one hour enough for the ceremony and couple portraits?

While one hour may be enough for ceremony coverage itself, we generally recommend additional time for couple portraits to create a more relaxed experience and allow space for natural moments, movement, and destination scenery to be captured without pressure.

  • What happens if weather conditions change?

Destination weddings often involve changing weather conditions, especially in coastal locations. Our team is experienced in adapting timelines, locations, and creative approaches quickly while maintaining a calm and seamless experience throughout the day.

  • How do you handle different lighting conditions throughout the wedding day?

From bright beachfront ceremonies to candlelit receptions and sunset portraits, our team adapts naturally to changing lighting environments to maintain consistent imagery and cinematic storytelling throughout the entire celebration.

  • Can additional coverage time be added?

Additional coverage may be added depending on availability and is often recommended for extended celebrations, multi-location events, or couples who prefer a more relaxed photography and film experience.

About Packages, Booking & Delivery

  • What is the booking process?

Reservations are secured through a signed agreement and the required initial payment. Our team guides couples through each step of the process to ensure a clear and seamless booking experience.

  • How are payments handled?

Payment schedules and methods are coordinated directly with our team according to the selected collection and destination requirements.

  • Which collections are the most popular?

Couples often choose collections that allow enough time to document the complete flow of the wedding day through both photography and film. The ideal coverage depends on the structure, size, and pace of each celebration.

  • How will we receive our photos and/or video?

Final galleries and films are delivered digitally in high resolution, allowing couples to easily access, download, and preserve their memories.

  • How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines are carefully structured to allow for thoughtful curation, editing, and refinement while maintaining the quality and consistency of the final work.

Our standard delivery time for photographs is up to 60 days after the event, although in many cases it may be sooner.
For video, the delivery time is up to 120 days after the event, as the editing process is more detailed and requires additional post-production time.

  • What is the difference between a highlight video and extended video coverage?

A highlight video is a shorter cinematic edit designed to capture the essence and emotional atmosphere of the celebration. Extended video coverage includes additional moments and a broader narrative of the wedding day experience.

  • What is the difference between editing and retouching?

Editing focuses on adjustment on exposure, contrast, white balance, saturation, framing. Retouching involves detailed adjustments such as removal of red eyes or tattoos, soften imperfections, tanning or facial defects, and teeth whitening.

  • Do resorts charge vendor or access fees?

Some resorts and venues may require external vendor or access fees. We believe in full transparency and will always communicate any applicable fees in advance so couples can plan confidently without unexpected costs.
